Small company so sometimes things get pretty crazy. Normal in the IT world.

I actually highly recommend this workplace for people who want to learn and get a hands on learning experience. An MSP is trial by fire but if you get burned then you can carry the scars and never touch the flame again. This has been a massive growth opportunity for me, not sure what the rest of the IT Industry is like because this is my first role but I’m grateful for the opportunity and I recommend that if you get the offer, give it a try and MAKE IT YOUR BEST EFFORT. I think you’ll be glad you did.

Sometimes things are a little too hands off in terms of the support that you need, but when you ask for help you can get talked down to. It’s tough to feel like you’re asking too much when no one is really listening or understanding what you’re asking.
