Different shifts. Tried switching departments the other department schedule didn’t work for me.

Working on a cool aircraft. Lots of autonomy.

Salaried employees are treated like hourly. You still have to clock in and out and clock out of lunch (which isn't counted toward your 8 hours) and management is strict. Also, there is mantatory overtime most of the time.
