Pros
I have been self employed my entire career. Working for Epic Dynasty is very much like self employment with the added advantage of monetary reward based on high performance. The thing that brought me on board was the business model. I was skeptical at first thinking it sounded a bit too good to be true. But a guaranteed weekly check ($10/hr) and confidence that if this business model worked for anybody I could make it work overcame my skepticism. Three months with the company and I am managing a national brand's campaign (Safelink) making great money and continuing to rise. Plus I am learning more about running a real (successful) business office than I ever did working for myself. The business model projects that an employee can rise to market ownership in 6-12 months. I'm on course to do it in less. Having seen the model work I can confidently say that this is the best opportunity most people will ever encounter but it takes real ambition and work ethic to grab this bull by the horns.
Cons
There is a lot to learn to become a successful business person. It can be stressful putting a lot of pressure on myself to be exceptional so as to make the most of this opportunity. I put in long hours but am compensated equal to my effort. I have not had much experience hiring, training and motivating people so I feel the setbacks for the Campaign are due to my lack. However, there are a ton of resources and experience available that have helped me overcome my lack and our campaign is seeing huge advances now! Hell. Yes.
