      The real only con of working for Epic in this specific area is that you can be fired at any moment. You will never have any kind of job security.

      Pros

      I really loved my time at Epic. I know every department is different, but you really can't beat the work-life balance and benefits, including 2 weeks off in the summer and 2 weeks off in the winter AND unlimited PTO. It helps that I had an amazing manager - that makes or breaks anything. Most people are a pleasure to work with - I've only run into 1 or 2 bad apples in almost 2 years.

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity at the C-Suite level.
