Good pay, flexible schedule, generous benefits

More sick time would be nice!

Epic has a great work/life balance. I love my manager - they don't believe in micromanaging, just in getting the job done and guiding you where you need it. The upper management and the owners all know you by name and really seem to care about their employees. They want to give you everything you need to succeed and are extremely supportive of your goals. Epic cares about keeping employees happy - last year they conducted an internal employee survey and actually fulfilled most wishes that employees had. Very decent year end performance bonus. I also feel very secure working here. Overall just really love it here and see myself staying for as long as they'll have me!

Only downside I can think of is, the pay is pretty mediocre and/or below average.
