Cons
Where to begin. Loss ethical guidelines. No respect for employees from upper mngt. Invoice Invoice Invoice as much as you can, above and beyond what is "accurate" to clients. No consideration to the cause and effect of the actions taken because executives want to hit the bonuses set on their contracts. No support to the PM team. They want PMs to be certified, yet they dont even have base plans to work off from. This was a good company to work and build a future back in the days, however coorporate greed has taken over. they are and will continue to lose key people; individuals that could bring positive change, but mid mngt is worried that those same people may make them look incompetent and lose their jobs. its sad to ask people to work 60 hours a week and still only pay them 40 hours, and to top that, they still invoice the clients for that added time that the staff puts in... greed, its everywhere, when will we wake up and say enough...
