Pros

Pros: Supportive and understanding team culture. Managers and teammates are approachable, helpful, and there’s no micromanagement. Teams are given flexibility and autonomy in decision-making and executing their work. Hybrid work model with flexibility in managing workdays, though this may vary by team. Flexible working hours, which helps maintain a good work-life balance. Stable company with a solid customer base and recurring revenue, offering job security. Free lunch available (with prior booking).

Cons

Cons: The tech stack is outdated. While there are efforts to modernize, adoption of newer technologies is slow and not very open. HR support is lacking—difficult to get timely responses or assistance when needed. Not helpful and hard to reach out. The company doesn't foster a strong internal culture; it feels transactional compared to other product-based firms. No festival bonuses, goodies, or additional perks and benefits commonly found in peer companies. Health insurance benefits are poor or at most basic, and no transport facilities are provided, which is a concern given the office location.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Cons

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
