9yThere is absolutely no doubt that an entry level recruiting position opens many career doors even after only 90 days of employment with Epitec. The reason a recruiter may be offered $10,000 within a few months is largely in part to the training they receive in their first 90 days with Epitec and the scarcity of good Recruiters - quite frankly very few companies are good at Recruiting. Many companies will not hire new-grads because of the their inexperience and historically high turnover. Give Epitec a chance for 1 year and you will develop a skill that will last you a lifetime. Our culture is really fun. Ask about our work hours - these have recently changed. Ask us who is successful - we will tell you and then you decide for yourself if you want to be a Recruiter.
