Pros
At least you gain experience and learn where you don’t want to work. Majority of these reviews are from a management or forced upon by management. Everyone is afraid of losing their job. Even their top talent have quit or been fired. They do not invest in their employees and they could careless. So if you need job experience go for it but go in with no expectations for long term. Don’t give them your soul when they barley give you a paycheck.
Cons
You will get fired eventually everyone does. You work a lot of hours for little pay. Benefits are not great. You will be stressed out and work in a fear driven atmosphere. There is no empathy, loyalty, or integrity. It’s a dog eats dog world. If you are a compassionate person this job is not for you.
