Pros

Pros -Exciting, Moving, fast-paced, Fun, Great Progression Oppertunities -The team is fantastic. Really genuine people where the ego is left at the door, everyone across the Business has the desire to succeed -The Management Team. I can genuinely say I have never worked for a company who is so supportive, hardworking and inspiring. The Senior Management team, are approachable, and want everyone to succeed in their own career goals. -I have worked for some cool companies but definitely the best I have worked in hands down

Cons

The Company is growing so so quickly which I absolutely love and find this environment inspiring, fun, enjoyable . However, If you are someone who wants a very corporate and processed environment and likes to hide behind layers of people, probably not the role or company for you.

Its a great company. this place is full of inclusion. everyone is welcomed and celebrated.... This Is not Old School Corporate... Its not stuffy and stale its new and vibrant the energy in this building is infectious. HR is Top Tier Amazing and my trainers were very good at their jobs.

Cons

The ONLY con so far is that my desk is far away from the beautiful 20th floor ceiling to floor view over looking the city lol but i will work my way closer to that window view

Pros

The company fosters strong team collaboration and maintains a positive interpersonal dynamic among colleagues. Monthly achievements and recognition events contribute to a motivating environment, and the organization provides opportunities to build connections that support internal mobility and career growth.

Cons

There are ongoing concerns regarding consistency in privacy practices and the accuracy of accountability processes. At times, individuals may face consequences for issues not directly attributable to their actions, indicating a need for clearer investigative procedures and improved internal communication.
