      Salary on time, Canteen, Transport

      Cons

      No proper salary structure and designation as per experience. Lot of internal politics. Lot of partiality and biase in appraisal. Inefficient and immaturity guys are promoted every year by inefficient guys. Appraisal procedure is entirely wrong. HR team is not having enough skills to handle this.
