      Working with experienced personnel. Original insight. Good expertise in their specialist areas.

      Cons

      Small team. Little appreciation. Very inward looking rather than outward. Long term illness rate amongst employees is far too high.

      Zero systems, company is back in the Stone Age. Changed the reasons why I was there on the first day. Training was non existent and then lied.
