      Pros

      Time of shift works great around kids timetable, management are usually nice and don't cause any issues and usually happy to help work around emergencies that pop up when possible.

      Cons

      Some of the fellow staff can cause some issues, typical types of staff you meet in most jobs gossipy, clicky and making unnecessary comments about others. Shift hours can be considered unsociable and you do need to work bank holidays
