      Pros

      - Huge breadth of experience across multiple clients is and industries. - Some teams are great, and some colleagues are a joy to work with.

      Cons

      - Extremely unrealistic and bloated expectations which cannot be delivered primarily due to budget constraints. - General feeling of malaise given that its impossible to deliver anything. - Low salaries (again as a result of budget constraints). - Huge levels of staff attrition (due to salaries, sense of malaise)
