Pros
This is a continually growing company with opportunities to grow with the company. The growth path is non-traditional because of the small size of the firm and therefore takes being creative and a trusting person to see the opportunities but management sees and rewards hard work and dedicated team members.
Cons
They are not quite as flexible in work from home policy and a bit more formal than would expect for technology firm but this seems to be changing.
