At times, we move at a very fast pace, which can get quite stressful.

I feel like some of these reviews might be from people who didn't stay long, didn't speak up, and worked the minimum. -Efforts don't go unnoticed at Equillium. The management takes the time to recognize hard work, which creates a motivating environment where everyone feels appreciated. -Flexibility to remotely and generous time off policies (if you get your work done and build trust with your manager)

Like every company, there are long days but again, you will get rewarded
