      Great team to get you up and running as a new associate Good work life balance

      Cons

      No base salary (or 24K base with lower bonuses which is not a good option) though business at the start but gets easier after 2,3 year

      Support staff are more hands off, not a lot of in house support staff members.

      - Great place to go to get full licensed quickly - You create and build your own business

      Cons

      - No real base - if you don't have a solid network or don't work close with a senior advisor you won't make it. - High turn over rate
