      - high turnover rate - sat/sun/public holiday stand-by - used to have diff types of docs for translation, but now, only financial docs - no life, only work

      There is always work, overdue or deadline fighting.

      Cons

      See the headline. Funny how much office politics could take place even in peak seasons. Middle to Upper management has no control over its employees. Staff could be throwing around sexual harrasements, foul language and gossips daily.
