Thank you for sharing your feedback! We do take our values and culture extremely seriously, so it's good to hear that our efforts are going well. As the company grows, we are regularly re-visiting our organizational structure to best be able to scale for additional growth. This includes hiring for new managerial roles so that our leaders have a reasonable number of direct reports as well as developing new processes and procedures so the teams are able to work with more operational efficiency.
