Pros
Ergo is a very evolving business and there are many opportunities to move into different roles and levels within the business so if you are someone that might get bored in the same role or like to jump jobs every couple of years, you would have plenty of interesting opportunities at Ergo. Very friendly bunch of people and easy to get on with. Always changing, as with point one, but this is interesting as it can really keep you on your toes. Keeping up with the latest technology is important as is getting involved
Cons
The culture heavily rewards those that stick there hand up or speak up. If you are not naturally this way you may find it difficult to push forward in the organisation. Things are changing a little here but it feels like this is a part of the DNA. Not the most organised across the organisation. This is both good and bad but in the bad part it means that to get anything done internally you need to know who to speak to rather than where to look for a process or support. The good part of this is there can be minimal red tape to getting things done if for instance a new opportunity arose.
