      Great team but poor management - Software Engineer Ergon Informatik Employee Review

      Pros

      Working within the team is great, you can switch projects and have time to improve your skills.

      Cons

      The management is inconsistent. On the outside, employer-contribution, transparency and democracy are said to be key features, but in reality the mayor shareholders decide, without adhering to previous promises. As an example: The compensation is non negotiable and you get promised a fixed rate for the next years. But this promise can (and will) be broken as it is not fixed.

      Pros

      Working with a a great team of talented people. Mission driven goals and passionate attitude throughout the entire lifecycle of the product development.

      Cons

      Sharing an office with a disconnected set of people was often distracting and disruptive. I would have appreciated a more separated work environment.
