Many programs are made to improve employee wellbeing like career coaching, wide open information about career paths, clear performance review guidance, internal opportunity and employee movement, etc
Cons
People is always the blocker even in a great system. Some managers are playing subjectives, some do not work as they have to in order to manage their subordinates, and many more It seems the Company need to create employee enablement program for those stepping into managerial position.
