Good work life balance , Few smart and passionate people.
Cons
No bonus, minimum salary, Not much increment, Even recently cancelled ESPP ( stock purchase plan ), Ericsson going through crisis because of non technical managers on technical positions, Half of the employees in my division got hired by referrals.
