Pros
Camaraderie among staff, there was a young and international workforce which gave working there a good social element.
Cons
The Broadcast and media services which I worked for was under staffed and under supported, which made people leave in droves. Management was not doing anything to acknowledge how challenging this was. Morale was falling quickly and the entire atmosphere was very toxic.
