Pros

Great environment, Higher professionalism within the team. Manager and Mentor are of great support and they give you the right freedom to get the job done. They are never behind your back...

Cons

Lack of same skill set human resource to get the job done, in turn creates great dependancy for you as you are the only person working on a task.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
