Pros
Fantastic exposure to telecom systems. I believe it to be the best chance in the country for someone to get into the telecom world. This is both in terms of colleagues -and their willingness to share knowledge- and customers -which are all the major operators in Greece, and a lot others in the Balkans and Mediterranean-.
Cons
Not at all a chance for career evolution, not the best salary. Ericsson decided to switch to IT, but people inside it are not IT at all. The result is most of the times outdated and barely functional.
