The only pro i can think of was free green tea during cofee breaks.
Cons
1. Pays sub par salary to talented undergraduates which literally destroys their self-esteem. Also if one's exposure is to such a company as a fresher mostly people will go into depression. As many of my friends did. I left the company as soon as the bond period was over. 2, Before one joins as a fresher they make us sign a bond of 1.5 years with a package of 2.7 Lakhs per annum which is nothing when compared to other companies, even it is below average if you want to make a livelihood as middle class man. 3. Gruelling shifts of morning, evening and night which literally is inhumane. If you join ericsson just forget about work life balance and anything related to balance may it be physical or mental.
