- Very little opportunity for career expansion. - Using outdated versions of technologies. Very slow to upgrade to newer versions. - Usage of more modern technologies isn't too popular here either. - Management hampering software development, many decisions are made without developers consideration. They change decisions constantly also, so you will most likely have to scrap what you did and start again. - Ericsson has took their own approach on "agile", which contradicts many of the standard agile practices established today. - Very poor salary - Very little acknowledgement or recognition of hard work.
