Pros
dly and welcoming work environment. Very knowledgeable and technically competent staff. Great teamwork between various departments. A great place to do cutting edge IT work in a very affordable location. Excellent opportunities for professional advancement.
Cons
The only negative for me was commuting to Erie from Arizona. Flying into the Erie airport sometimes resulted in cancelled flights and having to fly to Cleveland or Buffalo instead.
