Pros
Clinical staff was beyond excellent. Nursing managers were always willing to help and stick up for employees. The camaraderie of the employees was second to none.
Cons
Sometimes it felt as if policies were handed down without much thought for how it would impact floor staff. Most policy changes were positive, though.
