      High turnover in medical staff and office support staff. Lack of communication between chiefs and Indians. Too many chiefs!

      My manager is always available for assistance and guidance. My co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      The on-site computer network needs to be reconfigured so that fitness members can login to the facility without disrupting the technician's use of the computer while assisting new or existing members.
