Pros
Decent "stepping stone" position. Good orthopedic medical device sales experience for your resume. The position requires classic sales hunter mentality, and a scrappy positive attitude. The role provides experience with full cycle, complex, multi-step sales processes, forecasting, establishing pipeline, sales strategy, etc. Excellent product, that's well researched and genuinely helps people.
Cons
Extremely disorganized and mismanaged company. A
There are a lot of folks in management positions who have no business being there, due to having zero managerial skills. Extreme, senseless loyalty is highly valued here. There's a lot of people who have been in the company for several years and just bounce around from sales rep, to management, to education, to marketing, to HR, to some new random made-up position with an unclear job description. Loyalty is significantly valued over education, skill, and expertise... and it's glaringly obvious. Expect blatant, unapologetic inadequacy from HR in every regard, including onboarding, benefits role out, etc. Value of this role/company is purely "stepping stone" sales experience for your resume and next role - unless you lack ambition.
