      Salary on time, sat and sun off.

      Cons

      Extreme office politics by business heads. Low pay, not as per market standards. Due to work culture and politics and improper support to e-commerce your entire performance will be low. The seniors here do not understand how e-commerce works and still follow procedures and processes like old age businesses.

      private rigid traditional functioning-corporate very slow and less supportive on ideas with cross functionality as well repeatation.Policy rules changes w/o notice and own convenience.One way traffic.
