      Diverse project portfolio, makes work interesting. Definitely one of the more interesting jobs in banking. Complex and challenging, hence rewarding. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Poorly structured career path and undefined training requirements and possibilities. Often too discretionary approach to remuneration. Very HQ-centric.
