Pros

Good coworkers that make work tolerable Decent pay

Cons

Management is horrible. They talk about you behind your back and are super unprofessional. They also are incompetent and do not know anything so you will have to do their job for them. If you are not willing to just be a yes man and do anything they say you will have an issue here. It is hard to use your PTO days since Management denies them and often asks you to change your days or why you need off. HR is horrible at their job and is super unprofessional. Will talk about you behind your back and is unwilling to fix issues at the site. Sent out peoples personal tax forms to other employees. You'll have to work a lot of holidays and weekends. Honestly the decent pay isn't worth the mental strain and alcoholism you will acquire working here.

Pros

Erytech is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative red blood cell-based therapeutics for patients with severe unmet medical needs, particularly in the field of cancer. Everyone who works at the company is dedicated to caring for patients, even if they work in a corporate role. There is a strong community of friendly and caring employees. It is a flat organization with only 6 levels so it's easy to speak with senior leaders, including the CEO. The company offers a very competitive benefits package comparable with big pharmas. There is a 90/10 employer/employee cost sharing on excellent insurance plans so they options are affordable and offer great coverage. Because Erytech is a French company, the time-off benefits are exceptional and far better than anywhere else that I have worked. Every employee gets 22 days of PTO and 6 Floating Holidays for a total of 28 days of paid time off! Erytech offers a 3% contribution to the 401k and annual stock option grants for all employees.

Cons

The company is waiting Phase 3 Clinical Trial results read-out so it's a bit of uncertainty presently until that data is published.
