Pros
I have worked with Eseye/Dataflex for more than 3 yrs. It was my first engagement after I completed Master of Science, from University of Florida in the USA. It was an enlightening experience for me, because I got to work in telecom domain in a small setup with interesting opportunities to work on state of the art protocols and features. Among other good practices, one was that even though the setup was offshore we were not encouraged to behave in a servile manner with our conterparts onshore. There were no calls at odd hours and most of the communication was done via emails/skype and this system had proven to be effective. A complete process was followed to deliver projects. Thorough research was promoted while having started the project pipeline. The HR made sure we felt looked after and organised team outings at regular intervals and dine outs too! The other thing worth mentioning is that I felt very comfortable while working in Eseye/Dataflex, though I was one of the very few female employees. I only realised that after working elsewhere.
Cons
Because it was a small setup, so no creche facility was offered as opposed to larger setups with more number of employees. There is very less play area in office.
