Salary in hand is all fixed, only PF and TDS deduction.
Cons
Salary will be delayed every month 2 to 3 weeks. Insurance policy premium need to be paid even for self. Travel or other finance claim won't settle, Finance team will never respond to the emails. Bench policy - only basic salary will be paid.
