The Medical Benefits are the best I’ve had. Friendly team, flexible schedule, independence. When adequately staffed, this is one of the least stressful companies I’ve worked for. The patients are nice and grateful for their care. PTO is fairly easy to accrue.

Recruiting efforts are poor. Not consistent/unbiased with their disciplinary actions. Pay is sub-par, and they will not negotiate pay that is “outside” the bracket they can that is “acceptable” for the position, regardless of performance. Pay rates do not reflect market rates/increases in cost of living. The charting system is not user friendly. Paid holidays is only for 8 hours. Excellent candidates have been turned away due to “requesting too high of pay,” which leads less ideal candidates and high turnover.
