Pros
The IncuCyte is an amazing instrument. The best part of this job was the seminars and talking to customers. Customers appreciate the support from FAS and TSS, but unfortunately that varies widely from region to region.
Cons
Goals are ridiculously unattainable.
They don’t care a bit about anyone who works there.
Everyone is dispensable and it shows in their attitudes and behavior towards their sales and support teams.
The micromanagement will beat you down, steal your confidence, and leave you bitter and angry.
When I gave my notice my manager didn’t even call me. HR called me and let me go on the spot.
