Run for your lives - Anonymous employee Essence Group - Israel Employee Review

The most unprofessional/amateur management in the universe (starting from CEO and President). no decisions are being made (and those who are - are usually not substantive), surrealistic employees turnover: over 50% in two years....including 8 or 9 (!!!!) VPs... Professionalism is a rude word in this company where licking is the way to go. CEO is just not involved and do noting to keep good employees. BIG DISGRACE.
