      Pros

      The clients were always a pleasure to work with and made it worth coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Limited communication with management. No feedback is given. Frequent last minute schedule changes. Unequal fairness regarding opportunities that are offered to more preferred staff and not offered to non-preferred staff members.
