      No pros at all. Waste of your knowledge

      Cons

      No ethics at all, management is not good, Monopoly is at its peak, no one is going to listen or support you here, favourism matters but not your opinion. If you want to waste your career definitely join this company

      Nothing good to share for now

      Cons

      You have to struggle so much for any of your query regarding anything. Eg- accounts related, HR related, Bonus related. You will never get timely response from any of the department (which is unofficially managed by one person only) It will take 1-2 months for them to resolve or to answer a simple query/ issue.
