      Pros

      My time at Etopia provided a great opportunity to develop in the industry and work with some fantastic clients and team members. I have a lot of respect for the founder, and the majority of the team members I worked with were supportive and collaborative. I learned a lot during my time there, and the role gave me valuable experience that I continue to build on.

      Cons

      Churn was high in parts, however, this was due to a lot of employees not being able to cope with the fast-paced nature of an Amazon agency. I would highly recommend Etopia to anyone keen to develop, work hard, and progress in their career. The only reason I explored new opportunities was to further develop my skills and due to monetary reasons.

      Pros

      The team has a huge depth of Amazon expertise, and there's always something new to learn from colleagues. Everyone is open to fresh ideas, new ways of working, and embracing new tools. There's a genuine culture of continuous learning and upskilling. What's more, the team work together really well, support one another, and actively encourage personal and professional development. The agency builds lasting partnerships with clients where you can see the long-term impact of your work.

      Cons

      Like most agencies, the pace is quick, particularly in peak periods, and you'll often be balancing multiple priorities at once. That said, this is very much part of agency life and comes with an exciting variety of opportunities.
