Pros
- It's a growing startup, so lot of opportunities to learn.
- Great work environment, friendly management and co-workers.
- CTO is very helpful, and understanding. Tries to explain every kind of question you have.
- Lets your work at your own pace and doesn't pressurize a lot. Offers flexibility.
Cons
- None as such. It's a remote work environment, so sometimes you dont feel as connected to your work. And also, the tech team is from different countries, so sometimes it's hard to match the timing and arrange meetings.
- No documentation, sometimes it's hard to understand the code. ( Everyone is very helpful in this case)
