Pros
Great teamwork! Respectful, good communication and accountability. Even the DON will help out on the floor when it’s needed. Lots of learning and laughter. Staff enjoy celebrating each other. Pay is competitive. Management is approachable and they try hard to be flexible. Culturally diverse- employees and patients.
Cons
Almost too busy at times. Bad moods can feel tangible. Lots of standing. Benefits are not the best. Translating is challenging.
