No real strategy when it comes to new clients - more let's throw things at the wall and see what sticks
Terrified of clients leaving, so will over service the whole time because they won't push back on client / tell them it's not deliverable within the budgets
Accounts that are over serviced are then pulled up, but no real solutions are provided even when begged for
Over inflated costs for team members, so when doing budgets and planners, it's not accurate at all
Do not listen to teams when they ask for more support
Do not replace team members when they leave, rather merge roles so people don't have balanced capacity
No sense of community and support (especially during COVID 19)
If you flag mental health, it's held against you
Once you hand in notice, you're dead to them. The only call you will get is from Chairman to say thank you and goodbye, CEO / MD don't care
Culture of bullying and shaming staff members, especially from senior team members
Promotions are not done on talent or who deserves it, rather who has good relationship with SMT
CEO is a not professional or supportive with the team and doesn't display any leadership qualities
Serious lack of diversity within team, which has been commented on by clients. No real effort to change this
No hiring strategy - just get anyone in the role - which in turn leads to people's talents not being properly used
Creative does not take on feedback or understand PR. Acts like they are better then everyone and takes feedback personally, just telling you you are wrong
People are set up for failure and not supported by SMT
