Pros
They have high standards written into the literature, and managers expect quality. Associates are encouraged to "own" their stations, to be personally invested in the food they serve. Online training is also available. Managers are easy to get a hold of.
Cons
High standards and quality ONLY exist in their literature. The food is institutional, unhealthy, and often handled improperly. Associates consist of those who will work for as little as possible, so for the most part, they are uneducated, untrained and unmotivated. Managers have no real time left to them for actually managing due to the ever-pressing corporate structure that demands more fudged paperwork then good food.
