depending on the shift the atmosphere is light. If they like you you can move up. the job is easy once your trained

If your an ethnicity or just someone who speaks up to adversity get ready to be screwed over because if they don't like you you get shafted more than anyone regardless if you do your job good or not. they will still try. They promote teamwork but pin days and nights against each other inadvertently. upper management is like any other doesn't do the work or sees the workers but wants to make changes for needles things while the complaints on others sit. when you want to get trained about something a coworker will train you and yes there are trainers but they are unreliable. when you want to show the trainers your ready to move up they will get back with you but don't expect anytime soon and thats only if the supervisor likes you. get ready to get lied to daily about needless things and work behind incomplete work with excuses of why. PS and two week notice is a you don't need to return slip to them. So its pointless to do one.
