      None. Zero. Zilch. Absolutely Nothing.

      Cons

      This is a company that has no Core Values. The CEO is highly dysfunctional, disorganized, and lacks a clear vision to lead the Company and its People. Terrible management who do not care about their most valuable asset...their people. CEO openly practices favoritism, is highly unprofessional, and does not have any leadership skills. This is an abusive, and toxic work environment where employees are encouraged to turn on each other. Embarrassing and scolding employees is something Upper Management thrives on and as a result they have lost some of their best people. Do yourself a favor and believe every single negative review about this company. Do not work here under any circumstances.

      I am sorry you had such a negative experience. Thank you for your feedback and your honesty about your experience. Although we've recently brought in additional resources to support management with decision-making and communications, we continue to be committed to expecting the best from every team member. We are a small business that is successful because of the hard working, dedicated team of employees who are working here. When the company does well the CEO shares that success with employees through bonuses and perks. But when it comes to an employee who is not fully pulling their weight or creating a toxic environment for others we are committed to making the hard decisions for the good of the team. We are in a really good place right now and will continue to carefully build our team with the right employees.

      Pros

      Great location (office overlooking the bay), most admin employees have either their private office space, or shared floor. Good benefits, with 401k. If you adamantly prove yourself (suck up) to CEO, you'll have a good standing at the company for awhile.

      Cons

      Arrogant CEO barks orders and loses temper frequently, most employees are either intimidated or actually afraid of him and therefore doesn't speak their opinions. The CEO has an opinion of every matter and prides himself on being the expert in almost every department, and many department leaders feel like they get trampled on by the CEO. The growth of the company is completely dependent on marketing at trade shows, and the product. The product is good, but the company culture is terrible. 1-6 month employee turnover rate. "Prettier" women tend to have higher positions, despite their experience/attitude.

      Thank you for your feedback. We've definitively been in a rebuilding phase after a rough patch. We are fortunate to have a number of prior employees rejoin us. We're putting in place a better management structure, communications, employee benefits and hiring to bring back the great culture of team work that EuroStyle's success was built upon.
