Pros
The experience you get interacting with customers is invaluable. I have so much more confidence in my self and my capabilities.
Cons
No clear schedule. Put on shifts that clash with my uni timetable. Not given allocated days off. Put on rota for 14 days straight. Lack of communication and support from managers. So much responsibility for such menial pay. No paperwork has ever been completed on time.
